Back With a Bang: Battersea Revolution Returns

Front-row fireworks. We're doing it all over again.

Some experiences are simply too good to do once. After an incredible response to Battersea Revolution, we've listened, we've plotted and we're officially bringing it back to the Thames for another spectacular night.

Battersea Revolution returns this November, combining the London Eye, a River Thames cruise, London's illuminated skyline and a front-row view of the legendary Battersea Fireworks into one unforgettable evening. If you missed it last time, consider this your second chance.

So, What's Battersea Revolution?

This isn't your usual Bonfire Night in London. Your evening starts high above the capital with a ride on the London Eye, just as daylight disappears and London begins to light up below. Then it's back down to the river, where your Thames Rockets crew will be waiting at London Eye Pier.

From there, we'll set sail west along the River Thames for a 90-minute London evening cruise, passing some of the city's most famous landmarks illuminated at night. With a live onboard host, entertainment and a complimentary beverage, all that's left to do is sit back and watch London sparkle.

And then comes the main event.

Front-Row Seats, Thames Rockets Style

Forget squeezing into a packed viewing area or trying to find a glimpse of the fireworks through a sea of people. We'll take our position on the Thames near Albert Bridge ready for one of London's biggest November displays.

When the Battersea Fireworks begin, you'll watch the sky explode into colour from your seat on the river, with Battersea Power Station providing one of London's most recognisable backdrops.

London After Dark Hits Different

There's something about seeing London at night that never gets old. The Houses of Parliament glow beside the river, bridges light up and landmarks you've seen hundreds of times suddenly look completely different.

That's what makes Battersea Revolution more than simply somewhere to watch fireworks in London. You're getting an entire evening experience, starting above the city on the London Eye before seeing it again from an entirely different perspective on the Thames.

There's one important difference between Battersea Revolution and our usual high-speed adventures: this special-event sailing doesn't include the high-speed element.

But don't mistake slower for quieter.

You'll still have the Thames Rockets crew, the music, the atmosphere and our live professional host keeping things moving as we cruise towards Battersea. This experience is all about enjoying London at night, grabbing a drink, getting those glow sticks ready and building up to the moment the first firework hits the sky.
